BENEFIT

Building Resilience and Mindfulness in Youth
About

Young people are emerging as the COVID-19 pandemic’s biggest losers as they often work in precarious positions, struggling to keep their jobs and ensure professional growth, or are unemployed. This reality has had adverse effects on their mental wellbeing. Considering this and similar realities, a recent resolution by the European Parliament highlighted that mental health should be an integral part of Europe’s socio-economic recovery.

The BENEFIT project supports youth’s wellbeing by providing them a set of practical training resources to overcome the challenges of the labour market, improving their employability. It also promotes digital readiness and enable youth to develop transversal skills such as self-confidence and motivation.
