4.0 didactic approaches in duty of developing ANDragog’s COMpetence

“Many observers believe that Europe is at the beginning of a new industrial revolution, considered to be the fourth such leap forward and hence labelled Industry 4.0.”
The 4.0 ANDCOM project has as its strategic focus to increase visibility, awareness and the ability to use Industry 4.0 solutions in education of low-skilled adults.

Activities
- Creation of a m-learning course for andragogs on topics such as: Internet of Things in the context of pedagogical use in adult teaching; Additive manufacturing, as an object of adult didactics; Augmented reality, as a real alternative to analogue didactic materials; Robotics, which does not have to be difficult; Cloud computing, as the future for managing and storing data; and Artificial Intelligence which can gear up education and future prospects
- Development of video guides for andragogs on “how to implement Industry 4.0 in teaching low-skilled adults effectively?”
- Organisation of training sessions with a pool of andragogs in all participating countries
- Promotional event to showcase the project’s results, in Lisbon in September 2021
