Entrepreneurship Training for Innovators
About
Innovation-based entrepreneurs play an important role in boosting economies all over the world and addressing the sustainable goals all EU Member States are dealing with. Although they come from different backgrounds and environments, they share common traits, motives and competencies that can be developed and strengthened through concrete VET training on entrepreneurship and innovation.
The aim of the 8% project is to support the growth of innovative entrepreneurs in Europe, providing entrepreneurs with interactive learning opportunities that prompt impactful innovation in their entrepreneurial initiatives.

Activities
- Production of a compendium of interactive infographic addressing: creative thinking; problem solving; leadership and team management; innovation management; Agile management; strategic planning; risk management, 8) business model development; raising venture capital; rapid experimentation
- Development of an in-service training programme for VET tutors, comprising a learner manual and short video tutorials to support the learning process
- Creation of a MOOC platform to provide open access to all 8% resources
