Tools for Erasmus+ project managers
About
The management of Erasmus+ projects requires a strong mastery of different documents, procedures, and organisational tools.
The bEUjo+ project creates an Erasmus+ project management digital tool based on the method of the Bullet Journal to train current and new Erasmus+ project coordinators and project managers.
Due to common difficulties in implementing training to Erasmus+ newcomers, the tool also includes learning paths for self-training and peer training.

- Development of the bEUjo+ responsive web app for Erasmus+ project coordination and management and respective learning paths
- Creation of a coordinator’s toolbox with essential documents’ templates and information regarding their purpose and how to use them
- Elaboration of the methodological guide to peer learning with bEUjo+
- Implementation of pilot trainings for project coordinators/managers
- Implementation of multiplier forums for the engagement of stakeholders
