About
Cooperation between business and Vocational Education and Training (VET) is important for both the quality of education provided and for ensuring that future employees have the skills required by the labour market.
With a view to increase and improve the above-mentioned cooperation across Europe, the BRIDGES project aims at supporting VET providers and professionals in improving Work Based Learning (WBL) through effective employer engagement.

- Development of a 4-level employer engagement framework
- Upskilling VET professionals in effective employer engagement through a blended CPD programme and digital resources
- Engagement of associated partners and key stakeholders in the development, validation, implementation and dissemination actions
- Creation of a BRIDGES community of practice to promote the excellence and attractiveness of WBL and VET among VET providers and professionals, and stakeholders
