DIVERSITe

Providing access points to work-based online learning environments for diversity management in multi-ethnic, age-diverse workforces
About

In the globalisation era, diversity in the workspace considers employees of different ages, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds, religious and political beliefs, competences and capacities, sexual orientations, cultures, and disabilities. While embracing all this diversity, organisations are discovering that by supporting and promoting a diverse and inclusive workspace they can bring about benefits and become more competitive in the long-term.

The DIVERSITe project intends to develop unique work-based learning resources for organisations’ owners, managers, and employees, to respond to an increased need by European organisations for diversity management strategies and training.
