Although training on gender equality has increased in the last years, it often ignores issues like power dynamics and behaviour that perpetuates injustices and gender bias.
The EQUALISER project raises awareness on the issue of gender inequalities in modern workplaces and on related needs and gaps in organisational structures, processes and practices. The objective is to support organisations to develop and implement a gender mainstream process that comprises gender equality training for all workers in different positions. This is expected to bring a cultural change to organisations, by reducing stereotypes and discriminatory behaviour and by creating a secure working environment for all individuals.
