LOTUS

Resilience in VET Education
About

The COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated that having an education and training system which is fit for the digital age is essential. Therefore, there is a growing need to support Vocational Education and Training (VET) teachers in creating and delivering training resources to today’s trainees in formats they are more comfortable with – such as online learning platforms –, also preparing them for the current needs of the labour market.

The LOTUS project supports the development of digital pedagogy competences of VET teachers, emphasising the creation and innovative use of digital training content, so that VET teachers can build up their competences in digital training.
