About
The European Union strategies explicitly refer the need to transform small businesses into places of inclusion that appreciate diversity as a tool for economic growth and personal and professional achievement of those at risk of exclusion.
The OPSIZO project focus on providing microenterprises with training resources and operational tools to promote governance processes, strategies and actions for diversity inclusion related to sexual and gender differences in the workplace.
Target Audience
- Managers and owners of microenterprises
- Employees of microenterprises
- Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers
Activities
- Development of an Innovative corporate welfare model of diversity and inclusion in microenterprises regarding gender and sexual orientation based on best practices from the corporate world.
- Production of a Toolkit including training resources and operational tools to support microenterprises in assessing and acting in terms of diversity and inclusion.
- Creation of a Digital warehouse, an online platform providing all OPSIZO training resources.
- Development of Guidelines promoting the adoption of the Toolkit by VET providers and of a Manifesto providing policies on the way forward regarding diversity and inclusion in microenterprises.
