Positive career guidance for low skilled adults

Although Europe has been recovering from the high unemployment rates of the recent years, the general lockdown, and consequences of the COVID-19, will have a significant impact on local and global economies, strongly affecting low-skilled adults.

OVERCOME – Positive career and vocational guidance for low-skilled adults – is a project that aspires to help low-skilled adults to successfully integrate the labour market and the society, by strengthening their employability skills and psychological capacities.
