OVERCOME

Positive career guidance for low skilled adults
About

Although Europe has been recovering from the high unemployment rates of the recent years, the general lockdown, and consequences of the COVID-19, will have a significant impact on local and global economies, strongly affecting low-skilled adults.

OVERCOME – Positive career and vocational guidance for low-skilled adults – is a project that aspires to help low-skilled adults to successfully integrate the labour market and the society, by strengthening their employability skills and psychological capacities. The project will develop specific training courses and resources to promote those skills, applying the principles of positive psychology.
