About
With less than a decade to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), set by the United Nations Agenda 2030, it is imperative to train the workforce of the future in the principles of sustainable economy, environmental protection, and inclusion to shape the working and business culture of the next generation.
The aim of Sustainable Apprentices is to support vocational education and training (VET) teachers and in-company trainers to create new work-based learning opportunities to foster the implementation of the SDGs in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through digital tools and project-based learning methods.

- Design of a Curriculum to boost the profile of VET professionals and in-company trainers on supporting apprenticeship programmes to implement the SDGs in SMEs
- Provision of an Online Open Learning Materials platform, presenting educational activities on supporting apprenticeship programmes to implement the SDGs in SMEs
- Creation of a Methodological Framework to setup Apprenticeship programmes
