About
Immigrants should not be excluded and should be given a better access to transversal competences required by the labour market, so they can boost their integration and improve their employability and working position
The TM4M project has as its strategic focus on: problem solving, decision-making, team work, resilience, creativity, and flexibility.
Target Audience
- Professionals working the in the field of migrants’ integration, training, personal and professional development
- Migrant workers
Activities
- Conducting a study to identify the skills gap, educational aspects and successful methodological approaches
- Production of training content to empower professionals with practical and material approaches to promote transversal skills
- Development of didactic resources to empower migrant workers with transversal skills and promote their self-learning
- Structuring a guide with methods to support professionals in the learning process of migrant workers
- Creation of a learning portal and apps, to make available all training content online with free access, as well as a set of quizzes to test the learning progress
- Implementation of training sessions and dissemination with the target-groups and local stakeholders
