WOMEN GET READY

Foster greater gender equality and employability in the digital era
About

Women’s participation in the digital economy is deeply affected by gender stereotypes, gaps in the labour market and the digital gender divide. In 2021, women comprised a small percentage of the workforce in tech-oriented industries compared to their male peers.

WOMEN GET READY aims to foster women’s digital readiness, improve their participation in the labour market and reduce gender inequalities. The project provides female workers with tailored online learning resources. By employing these tools, women acquire new digital skills and boost their professional confidence when using digital technologies.
