Considering the quick digitalisation of enterprises during the last years due to COVID-19, it is urgent to train employers and employees on best practices on digital skills. This enables them to work in digital environments following the most recent labour trends, boosting their competitiveness.
The Work4Future project aims precisely to support workers collaborating through digital environments to quickly acquire competences matching the current demands of the remote work. To this effect, the project results cover several topics, namely positive thinking, communication, etiquette and coworking in virtual settings, as well as work-life balance.
