CÚRAM

Closing the Gender Care Gap in Europe’s Workplaces
About

The CÚRAM project aims to address the gender care inequality and promote equal splitting of parental duties between working parents by empowering employers and employees with tailored training and tools. It focuses on creating inclusive workplace policies, such as flexible arrangements and gender-equality frameworks, while fostering awareness and cultural change through targeted campaigns. The project engages diverse stakeholders, including policymakers, to ensure widespread impact.

By aligning with EU directives, CÚRAM aspires to reduce caregiving burdens, enhance workplace equality and improve the quality of life for employees and families.
