GreenSteam

GREENovation & STEAMpreneurship
About

The GreenSteam project addresses gender disparities and promotes diversity in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) fields by empowering female learners with the skills and knowledge necessary for the green transition and entrepreneurial endeavours.

By fostering innovation, leadership and a growth mindset, the project seeks to equip these learners with key changemaking competences delivered by practical training to tackle global challenges such as climate change and sustainability. Through an open learning platform, flipped classroom model and a 6-month Hackathon, GreenSteam provides interactive resources and collaborative opportunities to inspire and prepare female learners to become leaders in the green economy, contributing to a more sustainable and equitable future.
