GUARDIANS

Global Competence Coaching for Healthcare
About

To make progress towards universal health coverage, European Union countries need a health workforce that is responsive to the needs of the communities and able to adapt to the growing demand for health care brought by rapid demographic, epidemiological, economic, social and political changes.

The GUARDIANS project provides a tailored training programme focused on the key competences and learning outcomes identified in the World Health Organization (WHO) Framework for Universal Health Coverage. It proposes a dynamic global competence coaching programme to support health workers in developing the knowledge and skills needed to provide quality care and reduce the risk of burnout and stress.
